章節 190: Oyuna and Bayar

Oyuna knew she hadn't given it too much thought when she spoke up for this mission. At the time in her mind, her concerns were primarily for her family.

Ayden and Golun would have most likely been the ones to volunteer as envoy. But both are wedded and blessed with families of their own now. Her nieces and nephew needed both their parents to raise them. 

After that harrowing experience with the Silver Moon clan years ago, involving the poisoned pastries sent by Alpha Taiga, it was hard to predict what would happen to her brothers, if either of them had volunteered to be the envoy. 

Oyuna could only hope that her baseless boast was true: That Alpha Taiga would not want his reputation soiled by picking on a defenseless she-wolf.

It wasn't long before she was shown to a huge war tent positioned at the center of the camp. The warriors who guided her, informed the wolf girl that their Alpha was on his way.
