Sobering up fast, he swung his leg over the bed and pulled himself to his feet. Getting himself out of bed took plenty more effort than it usually does due to the hangover still dogging him heavily. Every foot step he took felt like he was walking with anvils tied to his feet.

He had to find his mother and Zhuyi. Where could they be…? Concern poured through him. 

God, why did I sleep so late? He thought begrudgingly. What time is it already? The sun was shining brightly through the bedroom window, so it must be quite late in the day now.

After finally making it to the door and throwing it open in a haste, Feng came to a sudden halt as he digested the scene taking place in front of him.
