Barton, watching the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents' missed shots, had already anticipated it. He picked up a radio and said, "Deploy gas containers!"
However, Hidan's attack speed was too fast. Several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents at the village entrance, who had yet to follow Barton's instructions and take out the gas containers, had already met their end.
