As the door to the staircase opened, the gusts of wind seemed to have found an outlet and rushed toward Ginny. Watching the approaching winds, Ginny's face turned pale. However, in an instant, she activated bullet time.
Under bullet time, Ginny's agility and physical strength were enhanced, allowing her to withstand the onslaught of the winds.

Kakashi, guarding the entrance, spoke, "We don't know the specific reasons. According to Lady Tsunade's speculation, Lord Charles is undergoing some transformation. Theoretically, it should be a good thing."
"The person inside there is really Lord Charles?"
"Yes, the one enveloped in energy is Lord Charles."
Ginny found everything before her unbelievable. Tsunade inside the room noticed Ginny's arrival and walked through the sealing barrier to come out.
Tsunade looked a bit tired. "You've arrived?"
Ginny, staring at Tsunade, immediately asked, "Can you confirm the specific reasons?"
Tsunade shook her head. "At the moment, these are just my speculations. I've never encountered such a situation."
"We know very little about Charles's strength and power."
Upon hearing Tsunade's response, Ginny thought for a moment before suggesting, "I can bring his teacher and younger brother. They are magicians and might understand this phenomenon."
Upon hearing Ginny's proposal, Tsunade's eyes lit up. Initially, they, as ninjas, subconsciously didn't consider Charles's other identity, Supreme Merlin.
"That would be great. Maybe they can figure out something when they arrive."
"I'll contact them right away."
Watching Ginny turn to leave, Tsunade spoke, "About the enhancement potion, Orochimaru and I have already developed a sample. We haven't conducted specific human experiments yet."
"With the current situation, I can't leave and participate in the experiments."
"You can go and contact Orochimaru, start arranging the tests for the enhancement potion. Once we confirm there are no side effects, you can proceed with the enhancement. Otherwise, with your current strength..."
While Tsunade didn't explicitly say the following words, the implication was clear. When they release their chakra, Ginny couldn't even keep standing still, let alone get close.
Nevertheless, she spoke with determination, "I will communicate with Orochimaru as soon as possible to confirm the situation regarding the enhancement potion."
Under the escort of Yamato's Wooden clone, Ginny left the place. Once outside the building, she headed directly to the werewolf training grounds.
Entering the training grounds, Ginny saw nearly 200 werewolf guards gathered for training.
The imposing men, all gazed respectfully at Ginny as she walked in. John, noticing Ginny's arrival, approached her and asked in a hushed tone, "How's the situation?"
Ginny signaled to John that the crisis had been averted. She then approached the werewolf guards and announced, "To assess everyone's training results, we will hold a second martial arts competition."
"The rewards will remain the same – your Ancestor's Blood. The top three participants will receive rewards."
Upon Ginny's announcement, cheers erupted from the crowd. All werewolves eagerly coveted Alexander's Blood, as it was one of the two methods to enhance their strength, the other being the vampire bloodline after neutralizing it through Alexander's Blood.
"Continue your training. John, you and others should come with me."
After giving some instructions to the werewolves, Ginny led John and three others out of the training ground.
John and Cross didn't immediately ask what had happened. They knew that if they needed to know, they would, and asking unnecessary questions would only invite trouble.
However, Wesley, being younger, couldn't contain himself and said, "That scared me. I thought we were going to clash with those freaks."
"Secretary Ginny, what exactly happened?"
Seeing Wesley speak up, Cross immediately delivered a slap to the back of his son's head.
"Brat, don't ask what you shouldn't."
Remembering Tsunade's warning not to divulge certain information except to Balthazar and his disciple, Ginny refrained from discussing that matter. Instead, she said, "The enhancement potion has been initially successful."
"What? The enhancement potion succeeded! That's fantastic! Now our strength can be enhanced, and we won't have to be weaklings here anymore."
Wesley was excited. "Finally, we can stand tall in this place."
Not only Wesley, but John and Cross also showed excitement. Since the appearance of ninjas and werewolves in large numbers, their need for more strength had become urgent.
Those powerful ninjas were really difficult to contend with. They couldn't even defeat a child if they didn't set up an ambush and use long-range weapons.
