Yu Qingyu nodded, taking notes. Landlord Hou's mother, Pi Enshu, was the previous owner of the house. They saw a few photos of her while touring the house. She used to live in the mansion, occupying the master bedroom for years, until her death eight months ago… If she had any unresolved attachments to this world, it wasn't weird that her ghost would appear right here.

"What was she doing?" he asked, lifting his eyes from the notepad.

"Just sitting on the bed. Then, after a while, she lay down, and stayed like that until the sunrise, when she vanished."
