Suzy glanced at Chris in confusion, who put on the blinders on the windows. "Why are you here? Did you already decide to ditch the work?" she asked. 

"I told you," Chris placed the remote on the table and pivoted to face her, "I finished my work. I have to wait for a day. From tomorrow, I'll be regular at my workplace." He took a step toward her while she remained standing at her place. 

"Then, you could have done other things there. Like, knowing your," Suzy paused as he gripped her chin from his calloused fingers, "workplace's people." She finished the words in a low voice. 

"I'll do that from tomorrow onward. Right now, I want you," Chris said, causing her to furrow her eyebrows in amusement. 

"Are you in your right mind?" Suzy yanked his hand from her chin and took a turn to go to her seat when he caught her wrist.
