Tokutchi's POV :
As I looked at my three young students, Ken, Aya, and Sado, I knew it was time to guide them further on their path to becoming skilled shinobi. The choices they made now would shape their futures and determine their strengths and weaknesses on the battlefield.
I started by explaining the different types of ninjas in the shinobi world, each with their unique roles in battle:
1. Taijutsu Users: I emphasized the importance of taijutsu, a hand-to-hand combat style that relied on physical techniques and martial arts. I pointed out that taijutsu users were formidable in close-range combat, but they might struggle against opponents who were skilled in ninjutsu or genjutsu.
2.Ninjutsu Specialists: Ninjutsu, the most common attack type among shinobi, involved using chakra to perform various techniques, such as elemental jutsu, summoning jutsu, and transformation jutsu. I stressed that ninjutsu offered a wide range of possibilities, but its effectiveness depended on chakra control and strategy.
3.Genjutsu Users: I explained that genjutsu was a type of technique that manipulated the opponent's perception and senses through illusions. However, I cautioned that genjutsu required deep understanding and finesse, and opponents with strong mental fortitude could break free from its effects.
4. Kenjutsu Experts: Kenjutsu involved the use of swords and blade-based techniques. Kenjutsu offered deadly precision in combat, but it demanded constant practice and the ability to strike a balance between offense and defense.
5.Long-Range Specialists: Shinobi who excelled in long-range combat used projectiles, long-range jutsu, or specialized weapons. I reminded them that long-range specialists might face challenges in close-quarters combat if they were not careful.
6.Puppeteers: Puppeteers controlled special puppets equipped with various mechanisms and weapons to engage opponents from a distance. While puppeteers had the advantage of attacking from afar, they needed to protect their puppets from being targeted and destroyed.
7. Sealing Specialists: Lastly, I explained the importance of sealing specialists, who could imprison or seal away their opponents' powers or abilities. Becoming a sealing specialist required extensive knowledge and research, as it involved complex techniques and symbols.
As for the lack of puppetry, sealing specialists, and genjutsu users in Iwagakure, I clarified that the village traditionally focused on earth-style ninjutsu and taijutsu due to its defensive nature and rocky terrain. The village's values and history had shaped the type of shinobi it produced. However, I hoped that my students, as representatives of the new generation, would follow the footsteps of Iwagakure's shinobi while embracing their individual strengths and specialties.
I asked Ken, Aya, and Sado to take their time to think carefully about their choices. I encouraged them to consider their passions, strengths, and the kind of shinobi they aspired to become. It was my duty as their sensei to guide them on their path, and I was eager to see how they would grow and develop as they pursued their chosen specializations.
........................................................................................................Ken listened attentively as Tokutchi explained the different types of ninjas and their roles in battle. He knew that choosing his path was crucial, and he carefully considered each option.
When asked to select his three specializations, Ken decided to focus on Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Kenjutsu. He had always been drawn to physical combat, and he admired Rock Lee and Might Guy for their dynamic taijutsu techniques. Additionally, he saw the potential of combining his earth-style ninjutsu with other elemental jutsu, like Kakashi's Lightning Blade.
As for Kenjutsu, the idea of wielding a sword with deadly precision appealed to him. Zabuza Momochi's mastery of the blade inspired him, and he felt that kenjutsu would complement his taijutsu skills well.
While he found the other specializations intriguing, he believed that focusing on these three would allow him to become a well-rounded shinobi capable of handling various situation.
Aya felt a strong pull towards the Ninjutsu Specialists category. Being from an explosive release kekkai genkai clan, she had always been intrigued by the power of explosive techniques and long-range combat.Furthermore, the concept of Long-Range Specialists intrigued her. After careful consideration, Aya made her decision. She wanted to specialize in Explosive Release Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Long-Range Specialist techniques
Sado made his decision. He chose to specialize in Tracking, Earth-Style Ninjutsu, and Long-Range Specialist techniques. While he acknowledged his shortcomings in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, he believed that his tracking abilities, combined with earth-style ninjutsu, would enable him to support his team strategically and provide valuable information during missions.
After learning everyone's choice Tokutchi started induvial training for each students in a targetted manner. He also empathized that apart from their specialized area they should learn how to counter other area as well.
