Till now he didn't understand why Elora regarded it so highly. Sure, the power to wield all elements was precious but he doubted it was so precious that even someone from divine world world envy it.

It just didn't make any sense, especially since he couldn't really use any element he wish. First he needed to understand that element and after increasing his understanding, only then he'll be able to wield it.
