When I arrived back at the forester's home, the couple had tried to hang the boar again, to no success. I went to help, and we skinned the animal, chopped it up, and started salting it.
"You're awfully strong Sir John." The forester said.
"Oh, really? I'm sure there are others who could do the same."
"Sure, if they've been blessed. Are you blessed, sir?" The wife asked.
Lady, you should know.
"Uh… yeah."
"That explains it! Can you believe it honey? We have a blessed one staying in our home. Are you an adventurer? You sure are strong enough for it."
"I'm a wanderer from a distant land. I'm not sure what all that means. I'm not even sure where I am."
The forester was nice enough to give me a brief history lesson.
Long story short, I was in a country called Schneld. The country was founded by a blessed individual. Blessed people were people given blessings by the Gods. They could have immense strength, magical abilities, be quick of speed, etc...
Some of these blessed people served in military roles and were highly sought after by the various countries. A good majority of them, however, served as adventurers. Adventurers explored the dangerous lands of the world and slayed the monsters that existed.
The Adventurer's Guild was an independent organization whose primary function was to serve as a liaison between the various countries and the adventurers. It also provided support for the adventurers in times of need but primarily the adventurers did whatever they wanted.
"How many blessed people are there?" I asked.
"No one knows. Not that many though. You're the first one I've ever talked to, but I've seen some in town every now and then. There is a guild office in town since we border the Magic Forest."
"Oh, what's that?"
"It's the forest on the opposite side of town. It has dangerous magical creatures. Everyone who has ever gone in there either dies or comes back nearly dead. Only the adventurers can make it in and out in one piece, but I've heard even they tell people not to go." The forester said, the fear evident in his eyes.
"Either way, none of us simple folk even want to look at it." His wife said.
"Are boars generally this big? Or is this a monster?" I asked.
"It's the biggest boar I've ever seen. But you'd know when you see a monster. I hear that when you see them, you become so scared that you just sit there and let them eat you. Also, monsters are so hideous and abnormal, all other life die around it."
Well, that's a great picture. Maybe I'll pass on the monster slaying.
We finished up dealing with the boar and discussed going back to town with half of it to sell. I still didn't feel any hunger and the couple couldn't eat all of it by themselves.
"Thank you once again sir for your generosity."
"Think nothing of it, I can't eat this whole boar, and you and your wife have welcomed me into your home. It's the least I can do."
I continued to aid the forester around his home as his wife cooked dinner. When we ate, the food tasted very… bland. I didn't taste anything from it at all nor did it fill my stomach. Guess I really don't need food.
There were only three rooms. A storage room, bedroom, and… everything else room. As night fell, the couple returned to their room. Guess I'll just sleep on the floor out here then. While I was getting myself ready to sleep, the couple came out again.
"Sir John." The forester said.
"Yes…"
"May we ask of you another boon."
"Sure…"
"Will you seed my wife?"
That already happened, but I'll keep it to myself for now. I sat there in silence and stared at the couple. They were both fidgeting under my scrutiny.
"Why do you want your wife to bear my child?"
"Because then the child would be blessed." The wife answered.
Oh right, the whole blessing thing. I don't think that I can impregnate any human since I'm technically a different species, but then again, I have no idea how it works.
"What makes you think either of you are worthy of caring for my children?"
They both tensed at this. My preconception that blessed people were haughty assholes, verified. They did make this country after all.
"Please excuse our presumptuousness, Sir John!" The couple cried as they got on their knees.
Mmm. I liked them on their knees in front of me. I stared down at them as they looked up at me with fear.
"You must prove that you are worthy to carry my seed." I said.
They both nodded in agreement. There was only one slight problem. My passive skill "Like What You See".
Passive Skill: Like What You See
Effect: Chance to inflict status condition "I need to fuck" on creatures looking at caster's nude form. Increased chances on creatures with lower willpower. Significantly increased chances if looking at caster's genitalia.
While normally this would be useful, it wasn't right now. I wanted them to stay following my instructions, not going crazy with desire to mate. How do I turn it off?
I looked at the skill. Off. No. Down boy. Stop fucking with me. Deactivate…
Passive Skill: Like What You See (deactivated)
Effect: Chance to inflict status condition "I need to fuck" on creatures looking at caster's nude form. Increased chances on creatures with lower willpower. Significantly increased chances if looking at caster's genitalia.
Ah, there we go. That did it. The couple were still sitting there waiting for me to say something. I cleared my throat and continued.
"You must both prove that you will cherish my seed."
The couple looked at me confused.
"How do we do that?"
I took off my pants and stood in front of them, my massive flaccid cock hanging loose. I looked at the forester.
"Suck it."
