Because of the combined power of Elsa, Dasher, and Rylie, they arrived in Arcanis before sunrise and found Elandir waiting for them in Blackhart Castle. It was written all over his face that there was something wrong.

He quickly greeted Chris and Elsa the moment his eyes landed on them. "Marina is not doing good."

"What do you mean? I thought she was fine when we left Saldivar and you were able to bring her back to Qiryn safely?" Chris tried to clarify.

"Yes, she was fine after you left with Neia and I was able to bring her safely back home, but the moment Hera woke her up from the chamber she was weak, and until now she hasn't regained her strength," Elandir explained.

"So what did my mother-in-law say?" Chris asked not knowing that his words made Elsa blush.
