章節 35: 6.13 His Patient, Dilemma
Matapos ang samut saring seremonyas sa loob ng kwatro ni Ciel ay agad silang gumayak patungong dining area. Lumipas ang ilang sandali ay biglang nawala sa ayos ang lahat. "My gosh! How can we explain this to Sebastian?" nangangatog sa kaba si Mey-rin nang matapon nito sa sahig ang dala niyang tray of croissants.
"What have you done?" Paninising sabi ni Baldroy na siyang nagpakahirap para lutuin ang kanilang ihahain para sa bisita. Samantalang si Finny naman ay nagkukumahog na punasan ng tissue ang mga tinapay na nahulog sa sahig.
"Maybe this could help. As we all know that the queen's servant is not a picky eater." ani Finny at medyo nabigla silang tatlo nang magpakita sa kanilang harapan si Sebastian na tila sasabog na sa disappointments sa kakaiba nilang kinikilos.
"Just what are you guys plotting at?" curiously asked by Ciel's butler. Halos maubos ang salita nilang tatlo lalo na't tanaw na sa kanilang hardin ang kanilang panauhin.
"Ughm... Everything is alright Sebastian." kinakabahang sabi ng tatlong naninilbihan.
"You all know for yourselves that you're fooling around. Isn't it?" seryosong tanong ni Sebastian.
"I'm sorry Sebastian." lugmok na turan ni Finny nang maisip ang kanyang kalokohan. He sighed and never wasted his time to bargain more options in order to solve their issues.
"Just leave everything to me." sabi ni Sebastian at sa isang iglap lang ay mistulang naging presentable muli ang kanilang iha- hain sa kabila ng mga kapalpakang nangyari dulot ng kapabayaan ng kanilang mga empleyado.
Gaya ng dati ay di pa rin mawala sa kanila ang paghanga sa naturang butler. "I hope I could be like him someday." ngiting sabi na lang ni Mey-rin sa kanyang sarili.

Now that the tables have turned down nicely, everything went well for the past few minutes. A feast like no other was execut- ed for our guest of honor, Earl Charles Gray, who didn't bother to show his real self towards the young master and Ms. Lizzy.
"Mmmm! What a delicacy..." He exclaimed while hovering the last bite from his bread. Ms. Lizzy tends to be stunned by his claims and actions while the other lad seems to be disturbed by his childish behavior. A dozen servings of pastries were not enough for the visitor. Thus, the young master already initiated the conversation between them.
"So, tell me. What does the queen want me to do for her?" The young master asked after he finished his meal. The pecu- liar silence went by and the visitor started it with a question. "Are you familiar with the Coopers' business from America?" He asked seriously.
Flinched eyes almost went bizarre upon hearing the question asked. "Those were my former trade practitioners. Unfortunately, they were an electronic-savvy business that went bankrupt during a pandemic crisis. How come they have been included in this discussion?" The young master replied while clearing his throat.
"Initial reports found out that their management staff was collaborating with some illegal research and development group. Somehow their IT experts were also guilty of data manipulation from several sites regarding vaccine trades that are not yet clinically proven and tested." Charles explained to us which made us feel worried.
The globalist media might link this issue to the young master since the two companies had former trade relations which could damage his reputation. Miss Lizzy made the issue clarified. "Somehow all these alleged illegal operations should be monitored by their state department, isn't it?"
"Yeah, but the scale of risks on public consumption might become worse due to misleading claims. I wonder if they plan to drag me into their misery." The young master gave his insights.
The guest felt relieved at what he had realized; the young master had all connections towards the state enemies and was most probably the well-known troublemaker of this time.
"That's why the queen assigned you to this mission, Ciel. You are aware of lots of prior information we've presented to you about their transactions and manners in doing business." Earl Charles became much more confident to trust the young master's knowledge.
"I'll just go and pay them a surprise visit that they won't forget if ever they are planning something terrible." The young master replied in a serious tone.
"Thank you for your precious hospitality ladies and gentle- men. I'll take my errands now." said by the guest as he stands up to his seat as he leaves the manor.
Mey-rin assisted him to the entrance door of the manor and before he said his goodbyes, we felt that greater responsibility will be fostered in the coming days. "Don't be reckless with this one. The queen really needs someone like you as her pawn to maintain her power in government." The queen's servant thought in his head as I foresaw their pattern of thinking within the monarchy.
A hundred thousand participants were gathered in the said clinical trial and for some reason, the alleged victims were kind of submissive in terms of taking shots from the experimental vaccines of Covid.
An overdose of such chemicals may trigger adverse effects on the body inclined to take those kinds of things. I may have suspicions as to what kind of deals they were involved in but it is better to confirm everything first before we speak our minds.

"So, you are about to travel away from home again, Ciel?" tanong ni Lizzy na tila walang gana sa nalaman nito sa tungkulin ni Ciel sa pamahalaan. Ciel tries to comfort her in his own way to ease her burden of loneliness.
"It looks like I'll be gone for unknown days. I'm sorry for leaving you alone." The lad told her in a sincere manner.
"The truth is I'm still restless whenever you sacrifice yourself for other people's problems. I just can't hide my worries about your welfare." She stated as if katapusan na ng mundo kapag nawa- la ang taong nagpapasaya sa kanya.
It's been forever mula nang huling masayang alaala ang naranasan nilang pareho ni Ciel at Lizzy kaya naman inaasahan na nila ang pangungulilang lubos ng mga kaanak nila sa muling paglisan ni Ciel.
"Don't worry about me. I promise you that I'll be back once everything will be settled sooner in our external affairs with other companies." Ciel begins to gaslight her as he embraces her with a genuine smile that won't last any longer.
Kasabay ng maramdaming pamamaalam ay dumating rin ang magulang ni Lizzy para sunduin siya sa kanila. "We're here sweetie." Pagbati ng kanyang ina sa anak.
"Well then, this is a farewell. Please take care of yourself Ciel." She replied to him and from that moment ay natanggap na ni Lizzy ang madalang nilang pagsasama dahil sa trabaho na kailangang asikasuhin ni Ciel.

"Afternoon that same day ay nakarating kami mismo sa abandoned infrastructure nung dati naming kasosyo sa America. Kalaunan ay ginagamit pala iyon bilang quarantine facility at sa tulong rin ng pakikipagsabwatan nila sa ibang pharmaceutical company na nagdedevelop din ng vaccine ay napagpasyahan nila na gawin rin ang clinical trials ng mga naunang manufactured brands sa lugar na iyon." paliwanag ni Ciel sa kanila.
"Apparently, we did not expect na maraming pasyente na ang nakaratay doon. Most of them were participants sa naturang clinical trial and the demographics were about young adults which means she was included in that list of patients." dugtong na pahayag ni Sebastian na tila nagpatindi lalo ang hinuha ni Mitsui kung bakit naisipan ni Claire na makialam sa usapin ng bakuna.
"Ang alam ko ay nangibang bansa siya para maging foreign exchange student. Pinilit ba siyang sumali doon sa clinical trial or desisyon niya mismo ang nag-udyok sa kanya para gawin iyon?" Aligagang tanong ni Hillary na sobra din ang luhang pinatak mula sa mata niya kanina samantala ay tahimik naman nakikinig si Mitsui sa buong usapan.
"Patience my dear... We'll just skip to the cringe part of this anecdote." kalmadong pahayag ni Grell at hinahanap niya pa ang pahina tungkol sa mga nangyari sa America bago mamatay si Claire.
