章節 6: Two Week Timeskip
After finally finishing my tutelage under the medical ninja I have mastered the Chakra Scalpel Technique and can proudly say I might have a chance to fight and win against most of the genin during the chunin exams.
While waiting for Kakashi, I start to lightly do katas of the taijutsu Kakashi taught me, it relies on redrecting most of the enemies strength and leave them open for counter attacks which is helpful for my low genin level strength that is steadily improving. Kakashi really did not want me to meet Gai, probaby afraid I would start wearing green and screaming youth.
Kakashi finally shows up and tells us to meet him at the Hokage tower to receive our d rank mission for the day, after arriving we proceed into the Hokage's office after Naruto barges in. Naruto proceeds to beg for a mission higher than d rank. Because of Naruto's constant begging we receive what is thought to be a c rank, but is actually a a rank mission.
After realising its finally time for the journey to the wave, the third Hokage tells his secretary to bring in Tazuna. Tazuna scrutinizes us for being children, and that he wanted ninjas not to babysit kids. Naruto tries to charge at him only for Kakashi to stop him, and lectures him not to fight the client.
After Kakashi dismissed us for the day, I think of ways to improve the taijutsu I have been given. Realising I can implement the Chakra Scalpel into my taijutsu as a impromptu blade before I learn a kenjutsu style.
Hours pass of me continuously practicing katas with my recently acquired chakra scalpel. I realise I should probably pack the bare essentials for the week out of the village. I started to head home to get ready for the upcoming week. After packing and letting my parents know I will be out of the village for a week during my c rank mission.
Thirty minutes of them talking about how their little Sakura is growing into a big girl, I finally am allowed in my room with a full stomach of food and a need for atleast eight hours I finally start to go to sleep.
Waking up two hours early I start to head to the library to learn any kenjutsu style that can fit me and I can improve upon. hours pass and I finally find one acceptable to my standards and I take it out remembering to return the c rank ninjutsus I rented out.
Realising it's time to meet the team, I start to walk my way there. It's around a five minute walk to finally make it to the meet up point realising for once Kakashi is on time. I realise Naruto is the only one late, and it's starting to irritate Tazuna that the ninjas he paid to protect him against enemy shinobi are late to the desired spot to leave the village.
