Qi Manifestation Realm was a major achievement and a milestone in the life of every cultivator as Wu Long's mortal needs would be partially alleviated, and his natural lifespan received the first increase to 500 years.

DaoistGreenOnion This volume changed names as I was not sure how far in the story it would go at first, and there was also a rewrite in the middle of it so the original story I had in mind changed to an extent.
But this new name also fits the theme that was present throughout the volume I think, whether it is about the true heart of Shen Min, Wu Long's own true heart that Ye Ling helped him to reobtain, Luo Mingyu's heart, and the Finale of the origin of his heart.
