I asked it if it was serious, after all, it seemed cringe and goofy as hell.

"Oh, I truly am, Nord." Its words reached me even through its mouthless face.

As the creature revealed its malevolent nature, I narrowed my eyes, not giving it the satisfaction of showing fear. "Listen bud, I ain't here to play games ya hear me?" I retorted.

"That confidence of yours will be your downfall, young man…" It trailed off as dark mana energy swirled around him.

The creature chuckled darkly, its form shifting and twisting with sinister energy.

"We shall see," I replied, letting the unserious vibes of mine seep away from me, after all, even though we're at the early quests, this thing seems different.

"I, Zalthor, shall bring despair upon you," It introduced itself as it widened its arms which were also a pitch-black ink color hidden under a battered coat.

"Again, Nord…" I didn't waste time and the battle began.
