Chelsea didn't dare to tell her about the bandit incident and she made up a lie telling Lily that all the gold was on merchant, Lily was a little clueless about the outside world being born in a village and Chelsea couldn't have been able to teach her all these minor things.

In the following days, Chelsea worked less and trained more since the problem about money was solved for now.
She still worked so as not to arouse any suspicions on her.
The news that the merchant was murdered in cold blood spread like wildfire and panic rose in the village, since the murder happened in their village, the wrath of the empire will fall on the village, they all might as well be dead already,
Chelsea was not that afraid of the empire's wrath since she already knew there were more than enough important things the Empire had to deal with, there is the Night Raid, Rebels and spies.
The death of a mere small0scale merchant was nothing significant, the blame could be shifted to the bandits, as for the higher authority person backing up the merchant was probably a noble lord or something,
Chelsea was sure that the noble lord wouldn't be able to do much either, the Empire was tense and their ought to be shit-ton of work to do as the noble, plus losing a veteran guard was also a great loss to the noble.
So, by the time the noble sends someone to investigate in this isolated village, Chelsea would have already probably left this village.
Chelsea had in fact actually not really watched anything other than the main anime of "Akame Ga kill" and she only knew about Chelsea from the part where she joined Night Raid, apart from that, she didn't even know her past.
But it was definitely not something good as she could remember the flashbacks shown in the anime about her tragic past. In fact, she even doubted if Chelsea was born with her imperial arms, there is a high possibility that she wasn't born but obtained her imperial arms.
And she believed that it might be true after all, but since she was reincarnated into this world in place of Chelsea, some things about the world changed due to the butterfly effect making her born with her compatible imperial arms.
She knew about butterfly effect, it was a concept originated from the theory of chaos. It displayed how even the smallest of actions could lead to significant and far-reaching consequences over time.
Like the flapping of a butterfly's wings in one part of the world could potentially set off a chain of events that ultimately leads to a tornado occurring in another part of the world.
And her reincarnation to this world was anything but a small event, there could be possible explanations behind her reincarnation as well,
Maybe some small event in space have led to her reincarnation which is a big event or she could be fully wrong and instead her reincarnation to this world is just a small event that will soon make significant impacts to the world or lead to complex and bigger events in the world, picturing the world here will be the wide cosmos and not this planet alone.
Whatever it was, it had nothing to do with her for now, not until she was powerful enough to make impacts on the whole world with just her actions.
For now, she must train to become stronger so that she could achieve her goal.
Her goal: To not die as tragically as shown in the anime by the hands of Kurome and instead survive till the end.

Days passed by and Chelsea kept a low profile for a while, the chaos also started to die down when no response came from the empire and the villagers went back to their mundane lives once again,
As she had enough money, she focused more on training her skills, the imperial arm she had: Gaea foundation, or the skill that acted same functions as the imperial arms.
Her abilities were improving daily, no day went by when she didn't change her avatar and face. She would now try to blend among the villagers by copying the face of someone not present and act like that person.
Many times villagers would be suspicious of her due to her poor acting skills or flaws she would show often but with time everything was being improved.
Other than that, she would also visit Aunt Kalie to help her out, she was now old and her condition was not good either, it won't be long when the unthinkable happens to her, although Chelsea didn't had much love or feelings for her but as her student, it was her duty and obligation to look after her.
And approximately in two years worth of time, a band of rouge mercenaries would attack the village and kill everyone.
It was very traumatic for the past Chelsea before she went to work under the viceroy.
It was as if that you were out in school or college, when some crazy anti-social people attack your home area, the cops couldn't do anything and instead gets suppressed by them, the area becomes chaotic and you somehow manage to come back home only to find stains of blood and no dead bodies, the men were killed out and women were dragged and taken against their will for the unspeakable. It was modern-day nightmare for anyone.
It was a nightmare for anyone and Chelsea in the anime had experienced that same nightmare in real life that had haunted her throughout her small life. Her village that she considered as family was brutally slaughtered just for some people's joy and pleasure.
But now things were different, she was a reincarnated person and there's no way that she will die that way, she will protect herself and her little sister and escape the cursed future.
