We entered the Silph Co skyscraper, and I was amazed.
It seemed that the first floor was a grand lobby. It's adorned with sleek designs, polished marble floors, and a large reception desk filled with many employees.
The high ceiling was equipped with intricate glasswork and suspended chandeliers that cast a warm, inviting glow.
Bringing a touch of nature indoors, the lobby incorporates lush indoor plants and small cascading water features. The soothing sounds of flowing water and the sight of greenery create a tranquil ambiance amidst the bustling activity.
The moment my father stepped in, the room fell silent. It seemed like my father passively silenced everyone in here.
He walked over to the front desk, walking to this one woman.
"Hello sir, good morning! Is this your son who your always talking about", the woman said to me.
My father replied without a second to waste." Yes, this is Aster. By the way, I need someone to give my son a tour of the building".
"It will be done, sir".
He turned to me, with a slight smile." I will be in the penthouse, have a nice tour Aster. This building will be yours soon".
He left me, going into the elevator. No one dared to enter it with him, not wanting to take that potential scary experience.
I was now alone. I stood near the reception, with the company of the workers. I tried talking to the woman from before.
"My dad, what kind of boss is he?",I said, trying to make small talk.
The woman thought about it for a small moment, before answering." He's a stern, but fair boss".
I waited for the moment my tour guide will be here to show me around the whole massive building. I was starting to get impatient.
That's when the elevator opened, and a gorgeous woman stepped out of it.
The blond haired woman walked over to me. She started to talk to me with a soft voice." You must be Aster. I'm your father's Secretary, Rebecca".
I shook the woman's hand, and after, she directed me to the elevator.
" We'll ride up to each floor, one by one. Right now, We'll go to floor 2, the Research and Development department", Rebecca said to me.
We rode up to said floor, and when the door opened, I was amazed.
Rebecca saw my reaction and smiled." This hub is a hub of innovation and cutting edge technology".
She was right. Labs filled with scientists and researchers can be found here, working on the latest breakthroughs in fields like robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced Pokemon technology.
"We have someone to meet, let's go!', Rebecca said, walking waving her hand, signalling me to follow her.
I complied, following to her to this one individual.
"Aster meet the head of the Research and Development, Samuel Einstein", Rebecca said, as the now identified Samuel smiled at his introduction.
The dark skinned man in front of me, adjusted his glasses before talking again. "I'm actually head of the floor 3, Testing and Quality Assurance too. I have been wanting to see you, Aster Morningstar".
" My apologies. I'm just taking Aster here on a tour of the whole building", Rebecca responded to Samuel.
"Tour? That's wonderful. So Mr. Morningstar finally started you on the path of the inheritor of Silph Co. What I want to know, is what you want to do?", Mr. Einstein asked me.
That was a relatively easy question." I want to be a Pokemon trainer, the best trainer there ever was".
Both Rebecca and Samuel were surprised that, before quickly putting on a smile.
" Pretty ambitious dream you got there", Samuel said. " Not to worry though, you probally have your parents supporting you, Rebbeca added it.
Rebbeca then guided me back to the elevator , and showed me the rest of the Silph Co floors.
Floor 3 was Testing and Quality Assurance. There, rigorous testing takes place to ensure the company's products and inventions meet the highest standards.
Floor 4 was Marketing and Branding. That floor houses the creative minds responsible for marketing strategies, brand development, and public relations. Teams work on captivating ad campaigns, engaging social media content, and organizing events to promote the company's products and services.
Floor 5 housed The Executive Offices. This is reserved for top-level executives and decision-makers of SIlph Co.
Floor 6-10 held more Departmental Divisions. These floors are dedicated to different divisions of the company, such as hardware engineering, software development, cybersecurity, customer support, and more.
After all that, I was taken to the Penthouse by Rebbeca, the top floor, where only one man occupied that floor. My father, Darren Morningstar, the richest man alive.
Upon the elevator door opening, I was amazed.
I was greeted by an expansive foyer adorned with exquisite art pieces and a grand chandelier. The floor features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the city skyline.
I walked into the penthouse, before I was greeted. "You finally made it, son. Rebecca, how was he? Did he cause trouble?", He proclaimed. " He was perfect. The best", Rebecca responded.
He smiled, before talking. "Rebecca, I want some alone time with my son".
Rebecc complied, leaving the penthouse through the elevator. It was now just me and him, father and son, in the Penthouse.
" Nicely done Aster. As for our agreement, I'll get you something you like. Fortunately for me, I already know what you want", Dad said.
"You do?", I responded, in surprise. I haven't told him about my trainer dreams, and old Aster didn't have none.
"I'm having a professor, who is also an excellent battler, from another region write you a manual. It will include Pokemon food recipes, training methods, battle tactics, and how to effectively raise a Pokemon. It will cover these for all types", father informed me.
How did he know about my aspirations to be a trainer. Maybe Rebbeca, or Samuel told him in secret. It seemed like my father will answer that for me.
"Nothing goes on in this building without me hearing about it. I got eyes and ears everywhere in this building", Darren told me, to which I was impressed and scared.
First day at Silph Co, and it turned out better than expected. My first day in this new world of Pokemon was nothing but amazing.
It has been 10 years since I was reincarnated into the Pokemon world. I have to say, luxury is a gift.
Today was the start of my journey. What I mean by that, is I can officially start Trainer School. You can transfer to Trainer School at 10, and you stay there until your 15 years old, where you get your Trainer's Id.
I have been studying Pokemon since the day I got here in preparation for this moment.I got accepted into the Saffron City Trainer School, the biggest trainer school in Kanto, a week ago. It was just a simple formality, considering who were my parents.
Speaking of studying, I got my Trainer Manuel that my father bought for me. It seemed like the professor, who was also good at battling, was Professor Kukui. I have been reading that book from head to toe, fully absorbing all the knowledge in there.
As I went downstairs, I was greeted by my mother.
" There you are! I have been waiting to talk to you. It's about something important", My mother exclaimed to me.
She then guided me to the living room and sat me down on the couch. " It's about your future as a trainer".
That got me nervous. Would my trainer career be over before it started? I certainly didn't want that.
"What do you mean by that ,mom?", I said to her, with a slight unease in my voice. It seemed like my mother picked up on that, as she quickly responded.
"No, nothing bad! It's just that my father and I have just been fighting about what type of Pokemon should be your first.", my mother quickly informed me.
Oh, so it was nothing bad.
That had been bugging me too. Every time I tried to bring that up to Dad, he just brushed it off, saying now wasn't the time and I shouldn't bother myself with it.
"Ok, what type of Pokemon did both of you guys want?", I asked my mother. I already had an idea of what they each wanted.
" Your father wanted something strong and has a high potential, like a Dragon or Dark type. Rarity is no problem, but he didn't account for the fact they can be one of the hardest to train, as they are stubborn and cocky", she told me.
While Mother was right, it stung a bit that she thought I couldn't handle it. In the manuel by Proffesor Kukui, it also taught me ways I could build trust or discipline my Pokemon. I wanted to hear what she wanted.
"What I wanted though is a Pokemon with high potential, but Pokemon that are not prone to cause trouble with training. Something like a Fairy type or a Steel type", my mother quickly continued.
It was reasonable, but I already had an idea of which Pokemon I wanted though. It was not either of my parents' decisions.
" I'm glad that you both care so much, but I already have something in mind", I said to my mother, which she perked up at.
" I have been watching some film of some Pokemon battles, and I found a Pokemon I really liked", I told Mom.
She smiled, before spitting out."Then tell us! We'll gladly support you as it is your journey, not ours!".
" It is the ace Pokemon of the current Galar Champion, Mustard. It is the Pokemon known as Urshifu, and I want the first stage evolution, Kubfu", I finally told my mother.
"I never heard of that Pokemon before, but if there is one thing I know, is that you know your Pokemon!", my mother proclaimed before she hugged me. " I'll tell your father about your decision".
I then left the living room. This week has been going pretty slow. I just want to get to next week, where my first year at Trainer School will start.
__________
A week later, and here I was. Today is the start of my school year.
My father and mother were waiting for me downstairs. They wanted to see how I looked in the uniform the school shipped out to me.
As I walked downstairs, my parents smiled looking at how I looked in my outfit. And they should be, as I was rocking it.
I was equipped with a white dress shirt, which matched my snow white hair. I had my navy blue blazer over it, and I had some black trousers.
"You look stunning! Now let's get going to school. We're running late, and you still need to move in your dorm", my mother said, to which my father nodded.
We quickly left the house and we handed our bags to our bodyguard. We got into our car and rode out of Oracle Town, our destination being Saffron City. Our bodyguards followed close behind.

After 20 minutes, we made it to Saffron City without any trouble.
Driving further into the bustling city, we made it to the Trainer School. It exceeded my expectations to say the least.
It was a giant school. I could see other aspiring trainers and their parents walking inside of the school. My parents and I decided to waste no time, and walked inside of the school.
As we walked inside of the school, Dad decided to talk.
"Aster, how about you explore the school. Our bodyguards will set up your room, and your mother and I want to talk to the principal", my Father instructed me.
I happily complied, deciding to explore the school.
I already know where I'm about to go. I saw it on the school's website. The school's backyard, also known as their training grounds.
It was huge. This is where they will be conducting some hands-on lessons. Saffron City Trainer School is the only one which does this, and that's why I picked it.
Life so far has been great. I'm getting on the path to being a trainer. I already told my parents what I want my starter to be. Life is going great.
