Even though Elena bought Han Zhoumin, she could just not take her out of the red light district instantly as Han Zhoumin also needed to get prepared as all of these were just too fast for her. So Elena gave Zhoumin the address of her house in the high end district and left the "Intoxicating Fragrance House".

After leaving that place she did not go to any other establishments of the outer part as the Intoxicating Fragrance House was the best establishment of this part. So she decided to check the last remaining place of the red light district out, which was the core part.

The core part was the most extravagant area of the red light district and not everyone could enter that part. One needed to have a special permit to enter that part. It was also possible to just buy a permit with one million R and Elena decided to do just that as she obviously did not have any permit.
