章節 37: Chapter 37: A sort of feeling

Aliya went on to explain to Fahad what she earlier revealed in her office, a secret that she had kept in her heart and refused her mind to admit it or even voice it until tonight. An eerie silence befall on the other side of the phone affecting Aliya's heartbeat. Her mind start conjuring different scenarios on her head which scared her, what if she made a mistake by trusting Fahad.

"F-fahad?" She breathed the name out in question. A heavy strained sigh was released at the other side laced with an oppressive heart.

"A-Aliya are you okay?" Fahad's thick voice shrouded in worry and concern asked

"What!?... I'm doing okay?" She whispered the later "yeah. I still have my friends with me, and Yazeed, Riya and Rowan, they all care about me and now...you too?" She said quietly with a genuine smile on her face after understanding his question and just realizing how much she's surrounded with people that cares about her.
