Opening his eyes, Alex looked around and saw he was back in his chambers.

"What happened to me?" He asked and glanced at his left side. He saw Emilia sleeping next to him but she was sitting on the floor.

He came down and was about to carry her to the bed when she woke up.

"You are finally awake. How do you feel?" She asked him, worriedly.

"I feel much better than before. What happened to me?" He asked her.

"You fainted because you used a lot of your energy to create that huge veil," she replied. "But it's alright now, I gave you some drugs so your lost energy has been restored," she added.

"Thank you," he said to her. Without Emilia, he didn't know where he would be today. He was grateful to her.

"It's nothing. It's my duty," she replied, and just then, the door opened and Lidia walked in with her sister behind.
