Steffan released a helpless sigh, he knew instantly what this woman would be imagining again in her little mind but he was tired of explaining.

"Hello, Dr Steffan, how are you doing? I can see how happy and good you two look together in your uniform. It's a perfect fit, I must say," Lauren complimented, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

It would only be a fool that would believe she was referring to the doctor's coat, him and Dolly had on.
