"From now on, you will take this road, and put stones at every intersection to mark it, so you won't forget."
While taking Miku on the way back to the teaching building, Shinichi explained the secret way of walking he had found so hard to find, and felt a bit of regret in his heart.
A quiet and relaxing secret place shared in this way. The vision of bringing girlfriends here to enjoy alone time is hard to come true.
In the future, exchanging alone time for lunch with a beautiful girl, could this deal still be profitable?
"I've always felt a little embarrassed." After carefully memorizing the route, Miku realized Shinichi's regret, and ran towards the vending machine at the park's entrance.
Not long after, she ran back and handed over a can of cold drink in a green pack.
"Hah hah hah... Drinks in return... From now on, I will prepare drinks for you, and they will be used as the tutor's money... Is that okay?"
Shinichi received the drink can calmly.
"Then I won't be polite."
His expression immediately changed, and he looked at the matcha soda writing on the calendar with horrified eyes, and said in disbelief.
"This taste... The impact of the squid girl crawling out of the muddy mud..."
"Isn't it delicious?" Miku opened the can in her hand and drank it and slightly frowned, "I think it's pretty good..."
"I'm not saying it's bad, but the taste surprised me." Shinichi drank the matcha soda in two gulps, threw the bottle in the trash, and breathed a sigh of relief, "I didn't expect there were still good drinks at school, if I didn't drink coffee and drink this yesterday, I should be more energetic now..."
"Yesterday? Did you stay up late?" Miku thought for a moment and asked, "Is this related to the box you just buried?"
"Yeah, don't tell anyone, that's my secret." Shinichi didn't say anything about burying the box in the Sakura Pavilion, but in order not to be suspected of guilt, he put on an honest look.
"Is that so..." Miku nodded, and chuckled with a rosy face, "So, this is our secret..."
"What did you say?" Shinichi didn't hear her low voice.
"It's fine~, I'll be going first then, please contact me if you have any news."
Miku stepped on the steps of the teaching building quickly.
Suddenly Shinichi said: "Usually do you want to eat with your sister? Don't force yourself to come every day, just send a message when you want to come."
With the addition of a student, Shinichi finds himself becoming more and more caring, and will take the initiative to consider other people's situations.
Could this be the so-called warm man?
Miku paused for a moment, and waved her hand, then disappeared into the shadows down the corridor.
"Totally random..." Shinichi muttered subconsciously, subconsciously ran his fingers between his eyebrows, "It's rare for me to be this warm, but it doesn't increase his liking at all... Sure enough, handsome guys can charm girls. with just a few words, and a straight steel man like me who can only study can't do it."
However, that's exactly what he wanted.
Holding a bento bag in one hand and a library book in the other, Shinichi started his way back to class.
Neither of them noticed that behind a pillar beside them, a girl who looked like Miku watched them say their goodbyes, showing an interested smile.
"Ah, Miku actually…fufufu, this is interesting…"
...
When Miku returned to 2-A, the class bell had just rung.
Nino who was swinging her legs on the chair and swiping excitedly on the phone screen. Seeing Miku, she put down her phone and said angrily.
"Too slow! I don't know where you went alone during the day, and now I'm almost late. Are you Itsuki? A fool who always gets lost?"
"You better not say this in front of Itsuki, she will cry." Miku answered lightly, and sat down next to her, which was her own seat.
"You don't need to say it! This is really…" Nino complained a few words, just about to stop, happened to see the green drink can in Miku's hand, and immediately pursed her lips in disdain, "You're drinking this inexplicable thing again? No wonder it's not popular."
Miku seemed to have thought of something, and suddenly said in a low voice.
"…Whether it's people or drinks, the less people understand, the more precious the inexplicable is, and the better it is to be unpopular."
"Huh? What nonsense are you spouting all of a sudden?" Nino wanted to reach out to touch her forehead but Miku slapped her mercilessly "Our family is stupid, how can you say such a philosophical thing? Did something 'again' happen during the day?"
Miku turned her head and ignored her: "I won't let the bad mouthed Nino know."
"What do you mean! There shouldn't be any secrets between the quintuplets, quickly tell me!"
Nino loses her temper and is quickly scolded by the class teacher.
....
Shinichi returned to the classroom, just in time to meet Furuhashi who turned to look at the classroom door.
"Ah..." Furuhashi's face blushed and her eyes wandered uncontrollably for a moment, but she quickly calmed herself down. At least she greeted Shinichi calmly.
"Asada-san is back?"
"En, I'm back…"
What's with this husband's greeting home dialog?
Shinichi's brow twitched, but now that his embarrassment had been properly relieved, he was no longer embarrassed by such a small thought.
Sitting back in his seat, he looked up and at Furuhashi, who was pretending to be playing with her hair quietly. Although he thought her appearance was a bit funny, but he didn't have the strength to laugh now, so he slowly lay down on the table.
Even though Shinichi had acted indifferent when hanging out with Miku just now, the side effects of staying up late didn't go away and ruthlessly crushed his weak body.
Not only did he get a headache that felt like he was being kicked like a ball, but the chain effect caused Shinichi's muscles to ache. He managed to rely on his incredible self-control and willpower to crawl back to class.
Darkness suddenly appeared before his eyes, and his consciousness began to sink into the deepest place. Shinichi took out his cellphone and tapped it several times quickly, then put it back in his pocket, then pulled the sleeve of the girl beside him.
"What's wrong Asada-san? Your skin is as bad as the zombie that was hacked to death by the protagonist with an ax in the first episode of a zombie movie, are you okay?"
Furuhashi screamed in shock when she saw Shinichi's weak face and wanted to touch his forehead in panic.
Shinichi stopped his movement with an ugly expression.
"If you don't change your sarcasm, I will ask you to write a hundred math test questions later, and you can only go home after you finish writing!"
"Sorry! I was just a little worried about you… Want me to take you to the infirmary?" Furuhashi anxiously offered a suggestion.
"No, just let me rest." Shinichi explained as briefly as possible, "I decided to sleep until school was over, so if Sensei wants to wake me up or asks about my physical condition, please help me deal with it in a less misleading way."
"Uh... Just now won't be misunderstood, right?" Furuhashi judging from the faint and slightly ambiguous looks that were being thrown by the surrounding students, she knew that this was already impossible to do.
"It's fine, as long as I can sleep until the end. If not, I won't be able to teach you later…" Shinichi slowly let go of his sleeves, his hands drooped weakly, and his eyelids were too heavy to open, his voice starting to weaken.
"Please, Assistant Furuhashi, you must wake me up after school… I will treat you to a meal when everything is settled, and if you don't wake me up, I will serve you two hundred questions."
"The gap is too big!" Furuhashi complained, but found that Shinichi had been asleep. If not for the weak breath in front of his nose, the zombie's pale and pale face was almost as if he had died on the spot.
After confirming that he was still alive, Furuhashi heaved a sigh of relief, and rubbed her chest which was somehow aching.
"Really, don't worry people too much, you fool..."
She gently moved Shinichi's bangs, looked at his eyebrows which were still tightly furrowed in sleep, and gently stroked him with her fingertips.
After a while, the wrinkles between her brows slowly loosened, and her expression lessened a lot.
Holding her chin with her hand, Furuhashi looked at her quietly.
But in the end, she just smiled and looked away.
"Then leave it to me from now on, Asada sensei."
