"So, when do we start planning our wedding?" I bury my nose into Cat's neck, inhaling her intoxicating scent. 

She pulls her head back with a chuckle and I can see it in her eyes that she's trying to gage my seriousness. She thinks I'll backtrack and say I didn't mean it that way or something along the lines, but I'm dead serious. 

I can't wait to get married—and that's saying a lot coming from me. I didn't even want to be in a long-term relationship to start with. I avoided anything that could turn serious like the plague. Yet here I am, coaxing a woman to start planning a wedding with me. 

She raps her finger on my shoulder as she thinks about it before she finally says, "How about we give it some time? We barely know each other." 

"Barely?" I tease. "We've been together for over a year and we know each other quite well in the biblical sense."
