章節 58: Marriage pact?

Cat is still trying to get answers from me when we arrive. She tails me the entire way, even following me to the kitchen when I go to grab water from the fridge. It's amusing how dedicated she is to becoming my shadow. No wonder her friends call her Cat. She's acting like an actual kitten. 

"Have you had dinner yet?" I ask. 

"No, but I'm not hungry." She quickly says. 

Maybe it's because she has spent the entire day inhaling different aromas? I've heard Luna say she can't eat soon after cooking for the same reason and I find that odd too. I doubt anything would stop me from wolfing down delicious food. 

It's a little late and everyone else has already eaten. Luna saved some food for us, keeping it warm. 

I load it onto our plates and place them on opposite sides of the kitchen island, then I pull out a chair for Cat. 

She protests. "I'll just grab a drink for now."
