A GARDEN IN THE CENTRAL PALACE
"Vivian, are you sure this is the place you saw the man you're talking about?"
Claire asks me as we walk about the garden in the central palace trying to find the groundskeeper I saw the other night.
"I'm sure. Maybe he has to work somewhere else today and that's why he's not here."
I say in a frustrated voice as roughen up my hair with my left hand. We've been looking for that man for the past three hours and there's been no trace of him at all.
We asked other workers but they don't seem to know who he is.
"We should go back now."
Lady Helena says as she sits on one of the wooden benches in the garden.
"Let's just submit the application formerly to the king and hope it actually gets to him not to talk of him reading it and wanting to provide solutions to the problems."
Lady Helena says in an unenthusiastic voice.
