In the meeting room of Yukari's dark castle, Yukari, Tiamat, and Su Yang sat around a table. Yukari took the lead, sitting at the head of the table with Tia to her left and Su Yang to her right.
Placing her hand on the table, Yukari used her genjutsu abilities to project a holographic interactive map that displayed numerous kingdoms scattered across the world. Su Yang was impressed by the technique, acknowledging its usefulness in navigating this unfamiliar realm.
Yukari then made a dramatic gesture, slamming her hand on the table and said "Let the meeting begin" However, to her disappointment, no one spoke up for several minutes. Growing frustrated, she said with a pout, "I thought you two were going to start."
Yukari then?" added, "Fine, do you two have any ideas how to make the people of this world stronger." Yukari has some ideas but it was best her companions/lovers have a voice. The room fell silent once again, and Yukari felt like pulling her hair out in frustration.
Observing Tia with a contemplative expression, Yukari playfully suggested "Tia I think it is best you do not think so hard". Tia gasped dramatically, denying and replied, "Mou, I was not thinking hard." Su Yang couldn't resist teasing Tia, playfully retorting, "So wouldn't that mean you are dumb".
Laughter erupted, with even Yukari joining in, as Tia tried to defend herself amidst the playful banter. Tia eventually sat down, feigning a glare while shedding a few playful tears, exclaiming "Stop bullying me!"
Tia decided to move on from their banter and said confidently, "Well, I can destroy a kingdom." When Yukari heard Tia's remark, she stopped laughing and said, "Well, destruction is always a good answer." She had the same thought as Tia and decided to add, "Destroying kingdoms is your specialty, Tia, so go ahead and do it, but don't go overboard."
Su Yang considered her own suggestion after hearing Tia's. She decided to add, "Wouldn't killing so many people be counterproductive? We don't want to harvest a chakra fruit with such a small population."
Yukari was overjoyed. Su Yang pointed out the plan's flaws and stated, "Yuier, thank you; you are correct. We could simply destroy their kingdom without killing too many of their people. It should allow them to rebuild more solidly. There will undoubtedly be some brave fool who seeks strength in order to defeat us."
Su Yang suddenly remembered something from her now destroyed world "Why don't we create inheritances all over the world? Only those who succeed will be strong and talented. They will also become even stronger as a result of the rewards, spreading it all over the world."
Yukari's eyes widened with enthusiasm, and she applauded Su Yang's suggestion. "That's a fantastic idea, Yuier," Yukari exclaimed happily. "We do need powerful individuals in this world who can reach the level of the Otsutsuki. Currently, only those two gods possess such power."
She paused for a moment, her expression growing more thoughtful. "However, we must ensure that this plan doesn't backfire on us. In the library, we have access to various techniques that we can create copies of. But when it comes to the inheritance, we should include lower-level techniques that may not be as impactful but still offer some assistance."
Su Yang recalled the concept of inheritances, where typically old individuals would leave behind their techniques. "We can create a fictional character to represent the originator of the inheritance," she suggested. Yukari's mind wandered playfully as she thought, 'Perhaps I should use Hagoromo and Hamura as the fictional old dudes. I hope they're treating Mother properly.'
Su Yang continued to contribute to the discussion, saying, "Usually, there's a hidden realm, like a small world, where the inheritors must undergo trials. These trials can be either individual or group challenges. The key feature of these realms is that they have high concentrations of natural energy, making cultivation there more effective. Additionally, there are often abundant herbs and scattered techniques that can be used for alchemy."
Tia thought this was a fantastic idea and said, "Does this mean we can design trials for them to participate in? I want to help." Yukari thanked Tia for her assistance and replied, "Sure, if you have some unwanted trash treasure. You can include it in the trial because you can always take it back it when we get the chakra fruit from Yumi."
Everyone fell silent when Yukari mentioned Yumi's name. Yukari couldn't help but mutter softly, "I miss her already." Tia couldn't help but cry and said, "Me too, she makes everything so much brighter." Su Yang became emotional because she found Yumi smile contagious. She spoke with determination, "Yumi is strong, and she is waiting on you to help her, Yukari."
Yukari nodded, almost having a way to separate Yumi from the God tree. Yukari decided to move on because she was going to see her daughter the next day. "Do you know alcehmy, Su Yang?" Yukari inquired curiously. Su Yang cheerfully responded, "I actually do, I might not be the best, but I didn't want to rely on the sect to muc, so I created my own." Yukari was relieved that Su Yang understood alchemy; Yukari was always on the lookout for new information. "Will you teach me?" Yukari enquired. Su Yang replied, "With pleasure."
