The room, neat and unfamiliar, offered no recognition as she turned her head to the side, but no matter how hard she tried to focus her gaze on the scrutiny of her chamber, she knew this wasn't her room… this wasn't Ivan's chamber. The familiar scent of him, the chaise lounge that was fixated at the darkest corner of his room, they were all gone– there was no sense of familiarity except for the darkness.
