That night, Marcella and Tony had a great time. They also prepared for Joey's birthday. 

Marcella looked at Tony sleeping deeply. She couldn't fall asleep the entire night. She didn't know why she was bothered by it that much. Even Tony's words didn't comfort her. She just pretended to be fine. 

They celebrated Joey's birthday with their close friends. There weren't even a hundred attendees. They mostly planned that way because they were sure that Paul Romano would try to sabotage the birthday. 

Until that day, they weren't informed of any movement from Paul Romano. But Henry already informed them that Maggie and Paul were planning on crashing the birthday party. Marcella let Tony handle everything. She didn't want to know what was happening as she was busy making the arrangements for the party. She wanted to treat their close friends properly and thank them for the support they were giving them.
