In Green Planet alone, there were a total of 17 habitable planets that was recorded. Among them, 14 were the naturally habitable planet while the other three were artificially made with the technology due to some reasons. 

This one planet was a small planet named Grass Planet, a small and remote planet that was usually avoid other confrontation. They were not up to par to those powerful planets, but they were not at the bottom either.

It was just that this small planet maintained a strange tranquility.
