章節 50: (ACT 04) What it means to fall

Holding his face, Alastor glared up at her but immediately wilted when she gave him such an angry stare that he was so sure if she looked at him a second more like that, he's going to start crying in front of her again like a little kid.

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Winters practically hissed under her breath, looking around as if someone will hear, “Is that all you ever think about? What are you, some sort of sex deviant?!”

“So...” Alastor blinked, picking up her cell phone next to him, warily offering it to her like he was in the presence of a cat about to bite his hand off (which did happen when he was a kid by the way), “You mean we didn't do the… you know…?”

He wasn’t sure what kind of upbringing Winters had for a question like that seeming to sound so bizarre to her that Alastor immediately know the answer before she even choked the words out.

She looked so scandalized.

“Of course not!”
