Valerie's POV

Her words made me look up from my laptop immediately, what did she just say? Was that a threat? To be frank I seriously want to lash on her and give her what she's asking for but then at a second thought her threats do not in any way look like a mere one.

"Is that a threat?"I asked as I stood up and walked to her side.

She let out a hysterical laugh and closed the distance between us. "Baby girl I don't utter mere words or just threaten people, whatever I say I do. But not to worry this is only but a warning trust me you won't even perceive the flame of the fire that I will set till it has burnt down your happiness." She stared at me from head to toe.

"Take your time, enjoy your happiness while it lasts, bitch!" She said before walking out.

I took a deep breath and stared at her retreating figure and the only thing running in my mind is her words

  For some reason I have this strong urge that something isn't right at all.
