Christine's POV
The street was lit up and just like expected, everywhere was lonely. I kept driving searching for a store that's still on at that time of the day, and in not less than two minutes we came across one by the roadside.
"Christine! See!" Valerie exclaimed out of excitement.
I parked my car in front of the shop, and we walked out and went into it. "Good day, ma, sir." The shop attendant greeted us from afar and stared at us as we picked a carton of noodles.
We ambled to the attendant and paid her before walking back to our car, which was parked outside. " Have you eaten Noodles before?" She asked as I drove back to the mansion.
"Yes, during my high school days." I replied with my eyes glued to the road.
"So you will prepare it for me, right?" She asked with ecstasy filled in her voice.
"If that's what you want." She nodded her head with a broad smile, and I couldn't help but smile back at her.
