章節 40: the discussion with hagrid

Alex felt a headache from this, he thought he successfully excluded the trio from the plot, but the didn't expect them to suspect Snape as usual in the plot. he thought about hiding the details , but decided against it , since he sooner or later they are going to find out about this anyway.

Alex turned towards the trio and said, " look Snape is a professor in Hogwarts and may have the responsibility to gaurd the thing under the trap door, so just forget about him, if you want many details we can ask someone who know about this".

all three of them asked ," who?". Alex told," Hagrid, of course who is willing to keep a pet like that and successfully control it other than him, he loves those dangerous creatures and it isn't surprise if he brought a dragon egg also".

Harry, Ron and Hermione opened their mouths to say something, but thought about Hagrid and found it is a possibility and asked Alex to tag along with them, he want to say no but Harry grabbed him and went towards Hagrid's hut to ask about fluffy and complain about Snape.

Hagrid at this moment is playing a flute like instrument outside his hut, when he Harry, Ron , Hermoine and Alex approaching ,he smiled and welcomed them. Hermione don't waste any time and talk about Snape and the three headed dog and Hagrid replied," Snape is one of the guardians of the stone , so stop this ahh! I shouldn't have said that".

it is now Harry that butted in and complained about Snape, he even discribed about Snape's wound on halloween and continued complaining and Hagrid finally said, " he isn't the one trying to stole , this matter concerns head master and Nicolas flamel, so don't involve in , I shouldn't have said that ".

Hagrid sent the four of them away and the trio has confused looks while Alex is normal and thinking about how to deal with the stone, he first planned to go to the 4th floor and get the stone alone to avoid trouble for thr trio and stopping voldemort but he can feel whenever he gets near the 4th floor stair case some one is watching him, so he abandoned the idea.

while he is in deep thought Harry is shouting his name and Alex has awakened from his daze and looked towards them and asked," what is it?" , Harry replied ," we are asking whether you knew something about Nicolas flamel". Alex also knew this plot will continue so he didn't hide it and said, " Nicolas flamel us a famous alchemist and he is the inventor of the philosopher's stone, he lived along with his wife from the 14 th century and until now, the philosopher's stone is the reason for his long life, it produces elixir of life giving drinker immortality by continuously drinking it and can turn any material into gold ".

the trio are shocked by this and said in unison," Snape is trying to steal the philosopher's stone , we have to stop him".

Alex replied, " do you have proof and also if you think Snape is the culprit , I also saw quirell sneaking into 4th floor, then quirell is a culprit right?, he is also the one who isn't present in the halloween dinner and also first one to see the troll , don't you think it is too much coincidence".

the trio thought about this and said nothing, they also suspected quirell now. Alex said goodbye to the trio and want to fix his schedule for Christmas , there is so many things to be done in christmas holidays.

章節 41: christmas holidays

finally the holidays arrived and Alex sent a letter to his parents mentioning he will be coming home in these holidays, Weasley's stayed there since their parents went to Romania for Charlie and Harry is coming along with Alex, Hermione is also going home.

the next day the holidays began and those who want to go home, go to hogsmeade town to catch the train. Alex , Cho , Harry and Hermione are in a cabin and discussing about Christmas plans, Alex revealed nothing and just said he want to visit their ancestral home the potter manor and also want to go to Sirius Black's house. he ordered the werewolves to search for a ring in gaunt ancestral home without damaging anything in there and also ordered them to erase the traces of searching.

the ring isn't in the house and Alex now realised he had completely messed up the plot and thinking what are the places voldemort should hide a horcrux , some ideas pop up in his mind as he is remembering every movie and location that has voldemort's involvement with his past. he noted some places like the house he is in with Peter pettigrew and murdered a muggle, Malfoy manor, his father's grave , a loyal death eater's home , or like a cave that Dumbledore drank potion in the half blood Prince etc., he thought two horcruxes will not be same place as it can bring harm to both of them if discovered , since the dairy is in Malfoy manor now and the cup is in gringotts he excluded them both and the options are voldemort father's grave and the home he killed a muggle ,Burgin and Brooks shop. he send these three locations to werewolves through his connection.

Alex also mentioned to only send 2 persons as one person look for the horcrux and the other will stop him if there is any problem, he remembered the curse placed on it and wondered since the location is changed there is anything new voldemort planned.

Harry noticed his brother's dazed expression, he nudged Alex and asked," what is it ? you are in a daze whenever I see you nowadays, is there any problem?", Alex shook his head and joined the conversation between the three, they all promised to exchange the letters and Alex is reviewing his knowledge of runes and seals to design a domain, he doesn't know what is the thing he is missing to create a domain and continued to revise it.

Harry on the other hand slept during this time and Cho is reading about quidditch, Hermoine is practicing her magic, since the ministry doesn't allow them perform it in their home during the holidays.

after 5 hours the train came to halt and all the students got out of the train, Lily and James are waiting for their kids and as soon as Lily saw Alex and Harry she ran and hugged them, Lily and James brought Alex and Harry out the station and asked them to hold their hands, Harry said ," our house is near , why don't we walk ?", James and Lily told Harry about potter manor in Caithness, Scotland and Alex asked them," why haven't we lived there all this time when we have big palace like home". Alex is quite confused about this since he arrived at Godric hollow, voldemort is dead why don't their family goes to the ancestral home of potter's, this question lies in his brain till now.

Lily and James said," we are hiding from the dark lord until he is dead and as for after his death, we just want to ensure that no death eater to come after our children, so we satyed in the Godric hollow until now and your paternal grand parents pictures are in there, we haven't visited it for years, hope Millie and picksie done a good maintenance there, since we informed them of our return this week".

Harry and Alex asked about Millie and picksie to which James told them they are the house elves of potter family, Alex grabbed Lily's and Harry grabbed James , James and Lily also hold their hands since it is a long distance apparition and gets apparated.
