Dominic tapped his fingertips against the desk while holding Ivy's intense gaze. He had been keeping an eye on Ivy. Hence, before the news about her broke out, he already knew what was going on in her. To be truthfully honest, he couldn't blame her. 

Ivy made a clear point. 

If Dominic didn't kill Katherine, Ivy would've killed her. Probably not as easily, but he was certain Ivy would win against that blonde. After all, Ivy was someone who wouldn't go down without putting up a fight. And this? Her dilemma? Asking him for help was her only option to win against the monsters in her mind.
