"Boss, are you insane?" Gray hissed, sitting on the seat across from Heaven in the building's cafeteria. "How can you just go off on your own like that? You could've at least told us what you're up to instead of worrying us like that."
Heaven chewed her bun slowly, gazing at the youthful-looking bodyguard across from her. "Who told you to worry?"
"Hah!" Gray opened his mouth to rebut, but then was too speechless to speak. "Even with this face, you still have these bad habits of the past. I hope you change — like, very soon!"
"I hope your prayers will be heard one of these days."
The corner of his lips curved down, gazing to his side when Bear joined the long bench. "It's still not lunch break for you."
"I'm old and as you grow older, you find your appetite growing." Bear placed down his tray, glancing at the bun Heaven was eating. "Good?"
"Mhm."
Hey guys. I feel a little better now. Though I am still recovering and resting most of the time. I'm just glad for your understanding. It's one less stress, knowing my readers are wishing me well.
I will give full details of my health condition once I don't feel dizzy anymore. My screen time is limited for now so as to not strain myself. And I'm still on meds, so I'm a little high at times.
Thank you for being patient and I hope I can bounce back to full health in a few days!
