Heaven smacked her lips as she read her 'best friend', Paula's message. The latter sent a few more, repeating how worried she was about Heaven.

'She knew there's nothing to worry about, but she still made it sound like my husband will kill me.' Heaven rolled her eyes, putting her phone on the vanity mirror to dry her hair. As she did, she glanced up when Dominic entered the walk-in closet after showering. 

The sight of him put a smile on her face, almost forgetting her friend's messages.
