sorry the mc is a complete moron who doesn't think and for a thief cleverness it's the first tool. he has also this cheap self-righteousness that makes all more unpleasant. it's good story for those who like goofy mc. not my cup of tea

Hey everyone, thank you all for deciding to give this a try. I just wanted to clarify something with this. While Devon may be depicted as a reckless character who doesn't think before he acts by the people around him in the first chapter, that is far from what he actually is which you will find out after reading a few more chapters. Also, the first twenty chapters may appear to be somewhat slow and that's because those chapters are where you get to know Devon and most of the things he's capable of, the people close to him and the world, things will speed up just after these chapters. I hope you all enjoy the book and if you have any questions please drop them here and I'll do my best to answer them.
