Squinting my eyes open, the first thing I saw was the blazing sun shining down on me. The first sun after the blue moon always pierced the sky with relentless intensity. Like fiery spears descending from heavens, the golden yellow light painted the world in shades of scorching radiance. The sky, an expanse of brilliant blue, seemed to stretch to infinity, with no end in sight.

Haa. My stomach felt giddy with an unfamiliar feeling surging through my veins, and I looked around to examine my surroundings. 

In the heart of wilderness where the nature was in full bloom; towering trees, their leaves rustling in the gentle breeze, providing relief from the harsh rays of the sun. Wildflowers of every color swayed in the warmth, their fragrant scents mingling with the earthy aroma of the woods.
