"Alright, stop! Jordan wins!" Jason exclaimed loudly as he jumped into the arena.

"Aww... that was getting fun," Jordan said in a dejected voice. "But well, there's a whole week."

Auric watched Jordan's receding figure, contemplating the outcome of the fight. 

As the adrenaline from the intense match faded away, everyone else in the arena began to disperse.

"Fuck!" Auric exclaimed, falling onto his back as he gazed at the clouds above, his mind consumed by dark thoughts of his own weakness.

His friends rushed over to him, followed by his three seniors, Jason, Thexan, and Lamana.

"Hey, brother... are you hurt?" Sam asked, but the collective stare from everyone made him backtrack. "Uh... yeah, of course, it hurts... ahem," Sam awkwardly coughed, trying to hide his embarrassment.

Julie rolled her eyes at Sam's feeble attempt and moved to help Auric get up. "Let's get you patched up, love."
