It was not enough to stop Ash from believing in the words of those who taunted and tortured her back then in the Mental Institution.

There was nobody there to offer her comfort and nobody to tell her that it was not her fault.

Perhaps if her mother had still been with her then her words of comfort may have gotten through to Ash but that had been robbed away from her.

All that Ash could do was to keep trying to work on her mental state and to work on providing herself with a better life with what little she had available to her.

There were many times when she wished that she could live a simple life like everyone else but that had been made impossible.

One wrong move could easily make her status as living known to those who had previously wanted her dead.

They would not mess up a second time and they would not leave any room for any intervention or mistakes.
