I must say GREAT WORK. Vali Odinson could become the most powerful God of Asgard and expand into other domains if he puts in the effort. The fact he is determined to prevent Ragnarok and motivates Odin to do the same with his energy just wow. I really hope to see future chapters very soon that will include Vali being declared the Crown Prince of Asgard since Thor has no interest in it.
I’m loving it so far! Author I hope you return soon, can’t wait to read more of this.
I always love the dense mc characters they make everything all the more difficult
This fanfic is absolutely amazing. It is something that just makes you want to keep reading no matter what. it starts slow but builds quickly to become something great. i love the storyline of the op brother overshadowing everyone, yet wishes to remain low-key and in the background. The character development is amazing in everyone and shows how each character slowly changes for the best/ worse due to Vali and his actions and indifference to most. I love this book. It's a true work of literature that u won't be able to stop reading and rereading once you start.

It's so hard to come discover even remotely decently good fanfic. But I gotta admit I came looking for copper and discovered gold and platinum. And even our dear Homeland here says...
I want to preface this by saying that this is a really nice piece of fiction and I do find myself wanting to follow along for however long this goes on but I have one major problem with the story that I just can't get my head around. This doesn't feel at all like a book about vengeance in the sort if this was about a god of wrath I wouldn't have complaints and it would be 5 stars but the mc doesn't show enough or feel enough for this to be vengeance. I'm not good at explaining so I'll make it shorter, how can you truly seek vengeance if you didn't care about them enough in the first place. The mc is constantly portrayed as only caring for his mother and asgard and having genuine hatred, lack of care, or disgust for everyone else around him. The whole previous world backstory about him killing people after he left the monks was prefaced with a sentence stating he never really was on great terms with his team or it at least seemed that way. But if this book was prefaced with wrath instead of vengeance all these comments I could say aren't a downside and instead show his mindset due to his powers and him trying to control it. Again I'm not good with words but I'll say this author incase u read this review but I really like your fiction and I am still going to read along but if there isn't some personal development in the compassion department I think this should be changed to wrath instead of vengeance as I don't think it agrees with the type of mc you are wanting to portray and this could end up hampering your future story as the readers might ask why is he seeking vengeance if he didnt care for that character.

The new cliche, grey MCs whos only side is their own. Nothing special for this type of MC either. another human who is a battle junky even though thats not a real thing. lol I' feel like I've read this story 50 times this year since tho only real difference is the origin of the MC. Story isn't bad and id say give it a chance but you can close your eyes and scroll and you'll find a similar story to read. and keeping canon the same isn't being smart. just sounds like lazy writing.

Personally I'm really liking this, he's setting people straight and really personifying his divinity. If your a bit on the angry side then seriously give this a read.
