章節 371: Helping Muyang relax

At night, Chi Lian was putting the children to bed when Muyang came into their room. He found her singing 'Twinkle, twinkle, little star.'

"Shhh!" she told him. "Don't wake them up."

He nodded and slowly came into the room to kiss the children goodnight. There was a bean chair in the corner and he sat down and let out a very long exhausted breath and loosened his tie but before he could relax and make himself comfortable Chi Lian pointed to the door indicating that they should get out.

He stood up and groaned as if his bones were aching and he waited for her by the door and they left together.

As they were going up stairs, he placed his hands around her shoulders and groaned again.

"Hard day?" she asked.

"Hmmm." He replied. "Very hard baby, more than I imagined."

"Do you want to talk about it?" she asked as she pushed her bedroom door open.
