"Uhm, in-laws," he said to the Chi's "as you can see Muyang has made up his mind. We as the adults support his decision so I have nothing much to say except that we cannot wait to officially welcome Chi-Chi into our family as our daughter." He concluded his words with a humble bow.

"Yes, in-laws," the old madam added, "We have been waiting for this moment for a long time. With a betrothal we can all be contented knowing fully well that their future together is certain. What Muyang has given, we are prepared to give more."
