Lucas assessed the situation before finally speaking.

"Lies" Was the first thing he said that got Katherine extremely afraid.

"I don't dare lie to you Milord" She cried.

"You!" Roderick pointed at one of the servants who stood up and hurried over with a bow.

"Yes General" He answered.

"Now tell me. What happened?" Lord lucas asked as he brought his hands forward to take a look at his nails that already grew out of his fingers. They were extremely long and sharp like claws.

The servant gasped and broke down in sweat knowing that any wrong word from him would call for death. He resolved to say the truth and die justified than to lie and die in shame.

"Milord that isn't the case. Lady Katherine accused Magdalene of disrespecting her yesterday and so she had whipped and locked Magdalene in the dungeon" The servant shivered and said.
