章節 23: THE VISIT TO APOLLO

After breakfast, the first thing Magdalene did was to go see Apollo. She rode the castle carriage to the inn. She knocked on the wooden door and the ever shy Phillip opened the door.

"Magdalene " He exclaimed in surprise.

"Hello Philip" She answered as she walked in.

"Well I didn't expect to see you here." He said.

"Why?" Magdalene asked.

"Well Someone has just gotten the privilege to live like a royalty" He said with a smile.

"I will never forget my roots if that is what you are thinking" Said Magdalene.

"I Know, You're humble and kind. Magdalene would still remain Magdalene" He replied.

"Thank you" Magdalene gave a genuine smile.

"We heard that the Lord adopted you" He asked with a trace of sadness.

"Yes, words spread fast. Don't they" She said.

"Almost everyone in Euphoria knows that there's a new member of the castle, but they haven't seen you yet" He replied and Magdalene breathed a sigh of relief.
