"But Why...?"
This is one of those times, times where Issei asking his big brother the reason why he need to act like a pervert. And his brother had been saying the most unreasonable yet reasonable reasons that he couldn't refuse to follow. Even so...
"Why do I need to act like a pervert?" He asked the same question for years now.
Ichizo place both of his hands on his little brother's shoulder. He look right into his eyes, with all seriousness, "Issei.. you know that I want the best for you. And acting like a massive pervert is the answer to the problem called 'fangirls'."
Issei gulped, he know. He know but just this one time he want the real answer from Ichizo.
Ichizo saw the look in Issei's eyes and sighed, "We still need to hide from 'them'. While I know you want to have a girlfriend, just find one that's loyal. One that cares deeply for you and look pass the cover you made, which is a big massive pervert who love big tits."
Issei look at his brother ridiculously, "Why are you my brother again?" he blurted out.
"Shut up you rascal!" Ichizo hit him on the head, making Issei instinctively touch it. "ittai... Fuck you Ichi-nii." Issei gave Ichizo a look and flip him, which the big brother return back with another flip.

In the near future, Issei couldn't help but thanks his brother, who gave him that advice. Since now he can live happily with the right person- err people? I mean, he did get 2 wifes. And 3 children. and 2 more unborn kids.
