Just as Sebastian wanted, Leif and the witch moved out of the forest. Despite the cuts and blood on the lady's skin, it didn't look like the two of them were fighting, as they still smiled at each other. Leif mostly likes to play with his opponent instead of fighting head-on, but it seemed the witch was enjoying every moment of it.

"She didn't transform, Sebastian. Most of the witches would have transformed to their real scaly skin by now, but this one was different. Either she was another hybrid like Eve or had some spell to keep her temporary body."
