The lamp distinguished itself as Eve continued to fall deeper into the dark abyss. Her voice echoed around her as she fell harshly onto her back on the cold ground. She stood up quickly, realizing that a dim light had come on from the ceiling, illuminating the ground. There were thick, shriveled plants around her.

She quickly moved away, her ears catching faint whispers. Her heightened senses made her realize she was now a vampire, but she didn't understand why she had transformed so suddenly. She tried to revert to her previous state, but she couldn't. Her attention was stolen by a crackling sound coming from the ground, and she looked down to see the plants taking shape.
