We had all taken the time to do what we needed the day after the attack on Dawson. I had intended to spend my time with Warrick and no one else, but he convinced me that I needed to go and see my dads. He said that we shouldn't hide this from them at all. The longer that we waited to tell them, the harder it would be for them to accept that we just didn't know. 

"I..I don't really want to tell them. Not yet." I said nervously as Warrick drove us toward the house that I had grown up in. The one that Papa had had built for when he and Dad got married.

"I know that you're nervous." Warrick took my hand and squeezed it reassuringly with his own. "But we can't wait. They will be angry at us if we hide it from them. And I don't want to hide anything from them. I promised them several things when I went to see them."
