"Please, Zephevi. Let me in, " I cried out. Watching Rhon slipping through the cracks of darkness tore at my heart. He is in pain and slowly fading away to the afterlife. 

Prince Zephirin hesitated, holding back from helping me. My heart is aching to have a chance to save my friend. Rhon didn't deserve to be hurt. 

"If you are angry at me then hurt me... Let him go, please... He is innocent, " I pleaded thundering my fist at the barrier. It was strong and reinforced with powerful spells. 

"I can't, " he expressed. 

I went down on my knees, folded my hands in front of him, and begged. "Please, spare Rhon's life. I'm on my knees and im pleading with you, " I appealed to him. 

Zephirin got up, stared at Rhon, and looked back at me. He seemed hesitant to help me but I could see he wanted to. 

"I can't help you, " he turned his back to me.
