The days passed quickly, Occlumency classes only occurred once a week, Snape was very firm about this, due to the lack of mental control that my mind suffered with each session we only practiced on Saturdays to avoid affecting my school performance.
Snape is a person with a difficult character, he is hurtful with words, but although he does not show it, he makes an effort to teach and explain as long as he sees that the person is serious about learning, it is comfortable to be with him, although we do not talk much, I have learned. and understood better about potions, I have also received good book recommendations, although he has understood that my reading speed is quite fast, he has not investigated the reason.
Professor McGonagall had passed by with the list of those who would stay at Hogwarts, as was Harry, there was no one waiting for my return so I also signed up without blinking, Draco as expected annoyed Ron, about eating better in the home school than at home. The boys had been very interested in knowing who the famous Nicholas Flamel was but their arduous efforts were in vain since they were looking for modern magicians and the good Flamel was already quite old.
In the afternoon the students went on the express back home to spend Christmas, Hermione said goodbye with her reminder to continue researching Flamel, the great hall was turning out beautiful.
I spent a while in the common room watching Ron and Harry play chess, Harry invited me to play, I was about to accept but when I saw Ron's displeased face my desire was gone, so I went up to the room that was empty and desolate, I tried to read a little but I had spent reading every day and today I was not feeling in the mood.
This morning Harry would receive his invisibility cloak, in my case I would not receive anything so I was not full of Christmas spirit, I had no friends, no family and although I got along well with Harry and Hermione, but with Ron it was impossible the twins were even nicer, I took a book that I had bought previously, and I wrapped it.
I looked for my owl and I sent it to Hermione, being a good reader I hope she likes it, it was quite cold so I went in, on my way back to the common room I met some students who still weren't bored of murmuring about my ancestry, someone threw snow on my head which caused me much more cold and pain, but when I turned around they all pretended not to see anything, it was frustrating, they're stupid!
I could only say it to the air and turning around I walked quickly and arrived at the common room, everyone was immersed in their activities, then I remembered, oh Snape should I give him something? He is bitter but at least he is an authentic person, but what to give a teacher? Nah, I'll just give some chocolates for tomorrow's occlumency session, I'll just give the boys some sweets, next year I'll prepare something in advance, leaving my thoughts aside I fell asleep.
The next morning I woke up and went downstairs where I found Harry and the Wesleys happy with their gifts. As expected, I didn't receive anything out of expectations. Hermione sent sweets. I still had enough of the ones I had bought previously, but you don't reject candy, and seeing them there happy made me a little uncomfortable approaching.

Harry approached with joy while eating sweets, and Ron did too although the latter was somewhat disinterested, the twins who had just come down were wearing their peculiar sweaters knitted with their initials, there was a happy atmosphere, I stayed with them for a while then Percy arrived and the twins went with him and I went to look for Snape.
Occlumency class as usual was stressful and painful until an unexpected sound came

The teachers also seemed quite comfortable, I accompanied the boys a little further away since they were only boys and I felt uncomfortable, but I was a little harassed just reading, it was fun to watch them play with the snow, and then we went back to the common room, I didn't feel very well so I went to the room to sleep, it wasn't what you would call a memorable Christmas, but it was entertaining in its own way.
